November Thankfulness

Firstly, let me just say, hey y’all! I haven’t disappeared! Caleb turned 13, hockey every weekend, AND I have had the worst, most lingering cold in the world. But I’m back with more Serendipity for you!

Every year, for each day during the month of November, I share one thing I am thankful for. I have been so richly blessed and of course, every day I’m thankful. I just think it’s nice to take a little time, every day to reflect on all I have to be grateful for. It’s so easy to get bogged down in the junk and bad stuff; purposefully taking the time to type out one thing that God has blessed me with, I find, can change my whole perspective.

I usually do this on my personal Facebook but I thought this year, I’d turn it into a blog series. I hope you’ll all join in and celebrate the cornucopia of blessings this November.

November 1

Day one, I am so thankful for my salvation and refuge in Jesus Christ. I am so undeserving and I fail Him everyday but thankfully, His love is unfailing. No matter how many times I fall at The Lord’s feet dirty and sinful, He meets me there and covers me in love and forgiveness. The Bible says “Give thanks to the Lord for He is good, His love endures forever” over and over again. No truer words can I think of to describe the gratefulness I have for His blood covering me.

Thank you Jesus for your restless love

All the love,

Kristina
