Valentine’s Cocktails

Y’all! We just uploaded our first YouTube video! Four Valentine’s Cocktails for you to try this week! Check out the video for our thoughts and find the recipes below.

VALENTINE’S MARGARITA

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup Champagne
  • 3/4 cup Tequila
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec
  • Sugar or Salt for rim
  • Strawberry for garnish

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Purée until a consistency you like. Rub the rim of your glass with a lime and dip into salt or sugar. Pour in your drink. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy.

LOVETINI

  • 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3 oz Cranberry Juice
  • Sugar for rim
  • Raspberries for garnish

Add ice to a shaker. Combine all ingredients, except sugar and raspberries in shaker and shake it up. Rim your glass with sugar, strain drink into glass, and garnish with raspberries.

BOURBON & BUBBLES

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes of Bitters
  • Champagne to preference

Add all ingredients over ice, finishing with the champagne.

**Bourbon & Bubbles was Tim’s personal favorite**

SEXY SANGRIA

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Blood Orange
  • 1/2 Grapfruit
  • 1 cup of Raspberries
  • 1 bottle Dry Rosé
  • 3 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • Champagne

Pour your bottle of Rosé into pitcher. Add Brandy and Triple Sec. Peel and cut oranges into wagon wheels. Quarter your grapefruit. Add all fruit to pitcher. Let mixture sit in fridge overnight (or minimum 5 hours). When ready to serve, pour into your glass and top with champagne.
